Do we require new visa stamping if we change employer ??

Hi Everyone,

Sorry if this question is repeated.I get different answers to this.

So posting this question to get an appropriate answer.

" I am working for an XYZ company from past 4 yrs and recently got my stamping done successfully at Chennai.I have my visa valid till 2013 October .Now if i change to a different employer and go out of the country is it mandatory to get stamped with new employer??? "

If your old visa is still valid, you can travel with it and just have to carry your current I797 and supporting docs. No need for stamping.
