nefan
Hello guys, Please advice in an urgent matter. Is it possible to change the H1 processing from regular to Premium once I have the receipt for the application? If so, can you please let me know the application forms or info my employer needs to send to the USCIS? Thank you, Link to comment
jai5
Yes you can upgrade to Premium Processing Your employer will need file it for you( File I-907 form) PP fee can be paid by you ($1300) USCIS will make a decision in 15 calender days. Good Luck Link to comment
r_max9
Anyone know how long it takes to convert to PP? My lawyer will be filling the form tomorrow (unless I hear back from USCIS by then). Is it instantaneous? Or does it take 1-2 business days to process? Link to comment

cooldude76
Applied for H1 regular on June 4th(reciept Date). Still in initial review. HI nefan, Is this for new H1 or extension. If its extension and if your I94 is expiring soon, better upgrade to premium based on my personal experience. Link to comment
nefan
I dont know if i come under extension or first time. I had a 221G when I came to India for stamping. So i changed employers and now this H1 is applied by the new employer. Link to comment
