kumar4111 Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 Hi My h1b approved in 2009 and i got my visa stamped,but due to my personal issues i did not come to US at that time ,my visa expired in 2011,do i need H1b quota to apply for H1 or there will be any process like H1b extension. wiweq Posted June 26, 2012 Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 You can go for cap exempted H1b. Once it's approved, you should have valid H1b stamping on your PP to enter in US. Link to comment
