H1B Doubt

Hi,

I have applied for H1 in April 2012 from Company A, my application is still in initial review. I have valid OPT till June 2013.

Now I have changed to company B as I had a better offer.

My questions and concerns are:

1. Technically I will be on OPT till this OCT, if My H1 gets aproved(my previous employer did not revoke it),can I transfer the same application to my new employer before October if approved?

2. Is it better to request my previous employer to revoke the H1B application,so that I can fall back to OPT again so that I can apply for H1 in next years Quota?
