Change clients while H1B in process

I had my OPT till May and because My H1B was filled in time i got CAP-GAP extension till Sep 31st.

The status of my H1b is still in intial review. My employer is hesitant in opting for Premium Processing, as they say it may lead to a RFE.

My contract with the current client has 50-50% chances to get extended beyond this July 15th.

1. At this point of time should I go for PP?

2. Will it become a problem if I change clients while H1B is still in process?

3. Lets say I opt for PP and there is a RFE and Im with a different Client?

=> RFE is independent of PP or regular processing. Find some better employer or refer them an attorney.

I think I will talk to my employer to do PP. I hope I will get to know about decision on the H1B petition sooner than later.
