h1 B extensions beyond 7 years

Hi,

Would appreciate if anyone can help me with the feedback, here is my status

First H1'B--Got it approved in March 2004

Extension Applied: December 2006 and got it approved

Changed employers in April 2008 to a full time employer

Labor and I-140 APPROVED

Applied for 3 year visa in January 2010 and got it approved

Now would be applying for the next H1-B extension in a couple of months.

My question is for full time employees, what are the chances of getting a 3 year extension vs 1 year extension for H1-B.
