senorita Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 Facts: I-140 denied saying that I dont have US equivalent bach degree. although, the evaluation services in nyc evaluted to US 4yr bach. degree. H1B 6 yrs expires in sept 2012. My husband has 1-140 approved. what are my options? any help is appreciated. Thank you all so much! Sen Link to comment

In the meantime, if your husband is in valid H1B status you may file a change of status to H4 prior to the expiration of your H1B in September.
