* L1B to H1B Transfer - Urgent*

Hi,

Right now I am working on L1B with Company L.

And I have H1b Petition has approved in 2010 with Company H and it has validity until Nov2012 only.

Now I am planning to Transfer to H1B. But my question is.

Case I.

If go with Company H for Status change from L1b to H1b, will I get visa/new I-94 up to Nov2012 or same time is there any chance for company H for request extension more than Nov2012 with status change.

Here I am worrying because after status change to H1b, if my H1b extension gives any problem after Nov2012 then I will be in trouble after converting H1b. so I would like to know if there is any option status change and extension happens in same time.

Case II

And I have one more thought is, if do my H1b transfer from Company H to Company O, and then status change to H1b, is there any chance to get my new I-94 validity /H1B approval validity more than Nov 2012.

And which one is the advisable, please suggest, if you have any other thoughts also.

In Any case, If you get approval then it will be based on new project contract/SOW, If the project contract is more than NOV 2012 then definitely approval will be more than Nov 2012, its USCIS normal practice. They do not give approval based on past H1B approval's expiry.
