senorita Posted June 22, 2012 Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 Facts: I-140 denied saying that I dont have US equivalent bach degree. although, the evaluation services in nyc evaluted to US 4yr bach. degree. H1B 6 yrs expires in sept 2012. My husband has 1-140 approved. what are my options? any help is appreciated. Thank you all so much! Sen Link to comment
