H1B Approval Without Client Letter

Hi Guys,

I have applied for my H1B this year under Master's quota and have the following questions, please answer them:

1. I have applied without client letter and just submitted client side ID card as a proof. Please let me know if someone has applied in the same way and got approval.

2. I have offer from another company, but I can't join them as my H1B has not been approved yet. At what stage of my H1B processing can I change to another company which is willing to transfer my H1B.

=> Your H1b would start from Oct 1st. Current photo of badge, location won't work even if they are from same client.

Once your H1b is approved, other employer can file cap exempted visa for you.
