Wellskeyadi Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 USCIS has received my "I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on May 2 2012". When do i expect a approval from USCIS?. What is the estimated timeline for that? Has anyone received H1 petition approval for 2012 cap. Link to comment
