luvgera Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 Me and my husband have I94 valid till Nov 2014 but our L1 and L2 visa is expiring in Feb 2013. we are planning to go to India in November. Since we are going on a holiday - we have planned to go to Canada first by car - stay there for 2-3 days and then take a flight to India where we will stay for couple of days and then back to Canada and then travel back to US through road. My question is : 1. In this case - what happens to our I94? 2. Is there any issue which we could face in this whole travel plan - we plan to be back in 15 days and have a multiple entry canadian visa. Link to comment
