Travel When We Have Both H1 And L1 from different employers

I am on L1B from an employer A. I got another employer B sponsored my H1B in US and I got it approved, I have to join this employer B in october, 3 months left. Now if I go to india, can I come back on L1B visa without getting H1B stamped. suppose I went in august, and came back to US in same month, can I enter US with L1B visa without having H1B stamped. Please help

=> You can enter on your L1b visa before Oct 1st and your status will be automatically change to H1b from Oct 1st. Once you enter in US on L1b visa, you have to maintain this till Oct 1st, when your h1b kicks in, From Oct 1st onwards, you would have to maintain H1b status.
