I believe an extension of 1 year is allowed if the labor was filed before 365 days. But if the extension is granted more that 1 year is that an issue... Thanks in advance Link to comment

I know that extension will be granted only for a year based on pending perm but my extension was granted for 2.5 years. I am not sure if I can stay beyond the allowed one year or not.
