tarungos Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 Dear Members I was given a pink slip (TAL related) when I went for my H1B stamping in October last year. The situation is as follows: i-797 till Oct-2014 H1b visa till Sep 2013 i-94 till Sep 2013 (visa date) My question is that do I need another 1 year of stamping or is there any way I can continue to stay in US till my next H1B extension term (which will happen after first 3 year term is over) Please help!
