Re-Applying H1B after 2Yrs gap

Hi All,

I need your inputs on the below

I was in US on H1-B from Mar 2004 thorugh Jul 2010, my actual H1B stay period was 5 Yrs 8 Months with 4 months of re-capture period. Now I am planning to come back to US on H1B. Please let me know whether I have to apply for new H1B under regular cap or I am exempt from cap based on my previous H1 application.
