H1 Transfer->RFE->Client Change

Hi Guys please help me out really in confusion :

My H1 transfer filed by employer B (one of the Top indian company)and got RFE .RFE is to provide the client(X) letter stuff.But the client is not ready to give the letter now as the requirement closed.Now the employer B is trying to provide the different client(Y) letter and respond to the RFE.

1) Do u see any issues in Approving my H1 transfer here ?

2) Because of the change in client - is it going to be rejected?

3) Whats the percentage of chances of getting approved? Is there any case approved like this earlier?

Please respond so that I can take my decision what to do from here.

I am in the same scenario. Applied for H1 with client X where the requirement ended, I moved to client Y and got RFE for client letter now. What happened to your case..others any help..can we file amendment and submit a new client letter?
