UK Direct Airside Transit Visa - Documents Required.

Hi,

I have filled out an application for UK Direct Transit Visa. For which I need to submit the

Supporting documents. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/out-of-country/visitors.pdf

The above pdf lists out many documents such as Evidence of your current employment or studies,Bank statements or bank books, Payslips etc.Do I really need to turn in all these documents for a Direct Airside Transit Visa?

Can someone help me listing out the required documents?

1. Passport

2. H1B

3. Photograph

4. Evidence of current employment

5. Completed visa application form

6. itinerary

Did I miss something here?

Also they are asking for Original or Certified Copies of these documents. What did they mean by certified copies. It is just attesting with the Notary Public?
