H1B Files..Butt???

Hello,

I had a H1 but was given a 221g when I went ot stamping. So i changed the employer and he filed a new H1. But I am not sure if he filed premium processesing. The reciept doesnt mention that. But the total fees in the reciept shows 4225. Is there any way to find if it was premium processing. i asked my employer and he says he files premium processing but I am not sure if he knows what premium processing means..:)

=> PP means USCIS will give them any response (approval/ RFE) in 15 calendar days. If got an RFE/ the 15 days clock resets once they receive RFE response. Trust your employer, good employers don’t lie. If they ask for H1b fees, fake resume, don’t pay salary on bench they are bad employer, leave them and report to ICE.
