Applying H1B from UK

Hi,

I am having valid Permanant Resident of UK, I am planning to move to USA, still my petition would be filed and if filed, any complication if having PR of UK and trying to USA -H1B?.

Generally, country of citizenship or permanent residency does not impact one's eligibility for an H1B visa.
