Now I am holding H1B which is valid until Oct 2013 and that will be the 6th year of my H1B. From past one year i.e., May 2011 to till date I am in INDIA which is over 365 days. Now my question is if I travel to US can I apply New H1B on 2014 Cap or new L1 in USA? Link to comment
