Signed contract agreement with current employer for two years. Can I transfer H1B to another company

I signed a contract agreement with my current company A (hold h1b with them). Can I transfer H1B to the new company B without any legal action taken against me? Should I not sign those documents in the first place? Please give me your suggestions.

Better to review the contract with some labor/ immigration lawyer. Better to spend $200-300, rather runing the future. In any case employer cannot ask for H1b fees. If they ask, report a complain to ICE and DOL using WH form.
