Attorney_10 Posted June 15, 2012 Report Share Posted June 15, 2012 The USCIS has indicated that the regular H1B cap for FY 2013 was reached on June 11 and the US Master's cap was reached on June 7. USCIS stated that all petitions received after June 11 will be rejected. Please schedule a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts relating to your case and the different options that may be available to you if your petition was not filed before the cap was reached.
