getgauravbh Posted June 13, 2012 Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 Here is my situation... I've been working for a company from the last 4 years in India. They moved me to US permanently on H1B. After 6 months in US, I went to home to get married and brought my wife on H4 visa. Now, can I ask my company to convert my visa type to L1b so that my wife can get L2 and she can start looking for some work? Is it technically possible? Do my company have to pay L1 filing fees for it? Any reply will be greatly appreciated! Link to comment
