Port my Priority date - EB3 to EB3

My Company A I-140 got approved recently and thinking to port priority date to my present company

- How long does it take to get the old Priority date ported to my present company's I-140?.

- Will we receive new I-140 with ported priority date on it?.

- What are the documents needed to port the priority date?.

Generally, you may request to retain an earlier PERM priority date with the filing of a new I-140 petition, or when filing an I-485. The request to retain the earlier priority date should be filed with a copy of the I-140 Approval Notice which lists the priority date you would like to retain.
