Kailasnath Posted June 13, 2012 Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 Hi, I am on L1B visa in my 5th year. My visa is expiring on 30th Oct 2012. My wife is expecting on Sept 21. In this case if we have the delivery in US what is the chance that we have all the documentation of for our kid done by visa expiry date? if we didn't get all the documentation what are the options for us? is there an option to extend the visa for a month or so?
