And my employer delayed in applying H1-B doc's and I guess the documents reached yesterday or today sometime to USICS (LAGUNA NIGUEL) office. My questions is whether they gonna accept the application or not? If not what's my status will be after July 7th? What should I do if I need to be in status to live in USA? And is that possible to work in a Client place after July 7th? Thanks in Advance Link to comment
