H1 Transfer Filed->RFE->Client not provided letter->responding with another client letter

Hi Guys please help me out really in confusion :

My H1 transfer filed by employer B (one of the Top indian company)and got RFE .RFE is to provide the client(X) letter stuff.But the client is not ready to give the letter now as the requirement closed.Now the employer B is trying to provide the different client(Y) letter and respond to the RFE.

1) Do u see any issues in Approving my H1 transfer here ?

2) Because of the change in client - is it going to be rejected?

3) Whats the percentage of chances of getting approved? Is there any case approved like this earlier?

Please respond so that I can take my decision what to do from here.

Looks like I will be in similar situation pretty soon.

I had my OPT till May and because My H1B was filled in time i got CAP-GAP extension till Sep 31st.

The status of my H1b is still in intial review. My employer is hesitant in opting for Premium Processing, as they say it may lead to a RFE.

Im working as Software consultant on contract basis. My current contract is up for review in July. And there are 50-50% chances for it to get extended for few more months.

At this point of time should I go for PP?
