PERM applied on dec 2011 AUDIT received in APR 2012. what would be the best option -> Move out of US immediately and then apply h1 extn in dec 2012 -> change status from H1 to F1 in AUG ? please advice if there is any other better solution... No offences dude....If you go out of US and your luck is good you will come back.... otherwise its always better to stay in US and change your status to F1. Link to comment
