methai74 Posted June 12, 2012 Report Share Posted June 12, 2012 Hi, i had my h1b stamping with the issue date as 21JUN2005 and expiry date as 30SEP2007. But i never travelled to US using that visa. My question is 1) Whether i am eligible for cap excemp for 2012-13 petition period. 2) Also i do not have i-797 form.
