I had my interview on july 9th and below are the questions..

Questions:

VO: who is you employer?

me: XYZ

VO: where is it located?

Me: ABC, DEF

VO: do you work in the same location?

Me: no, I work at XYZ(client name) location.

VO: Where is it located?

Me: XXX,XX

VO: who was your previous employer?

Me: AAA

VO: why did u chang ur employer?

Me: I was working in ABA where AAA(My employer) was my vendor. He liked my work and offered me a FT position. I liked it so i moved.

VO: Do you have a client letter?

Me: yes

VO: show me.

Me: Actually as per My clients policy they dont provide letters to non-employees, but i Have email conversation with my manager( i showed that email printout to him)

VO: since how many months have you been working with your employer?

Me: x months.

VO whats your salary?

Me: $XXXXX / annum

VM: How many hours do you work per week?

Me: 40hrs/week

VO: ok your visa is approved. please collect ur visa in 3 - 5 days.

3 people came with me and all of us got our visa's approved. i work in EC model and other 3 work in EVC model. Just be confident and genuine, that's the trick.. Hope this helps you guys.. All the Best..
