satya2k1
Hello friends, This forum has been very helpful in finding resources and answers to some of questions. I have a question regarding H1 to F1. I got lay off 3 weeks back, but luckily I got admission at an university and applied for COS to F1. Classes start from July 9th. I am not expecting the COS until August last week. If a new employer files my H1B, will it be considered H1 to H1 or , H1 to F1 to H1? If the new h1B gets denied, what happens to the earlier F1 COS application? Will USCIS cancels COS to F1 application? I really appreciate any input on this matter. Thanks. Link to comment
JoeF
Is this a real, accredited university? If not, you'd get a bunch of problems. Link to comment
