bsh09 Posted June 11, 2012 Report Share Posted June 11, 2012 Hi All, I am on H-1B visa and my visa stamp expires in Jan 2013. Recently I had to get my H-1B extened since my I-94 was expiring and now have H-1b extended until Sept. 2013. I am planning to go to India in Nov 2012, do I need to get my H-1B visa stamped during my visit or can I come back on my old stamping? Just FYI...I am still working for the same company.
