rc27
Hello, I am planning to go to Canada for my H1B Visa stamping in July. I have been working with my Client from past 16 Months. I worked for the Client for the first 6months with my Previous Employer and then later i transferred my employer and continued working for the same Client from past 12months with the new Employer. Can someone please advise me if the VO asks me below question. I really appreciate your advises. Why did you change your Employer if you are working for same Client for so long? Also i have got my first H1B Visa stamped in India in 2009 with my Previous Employer. This time it will be my second Visa Stamping with new Employer. Thanks, RC Link to comment
Opt-H1
Hi RC, Can you please post your experience. I also have a similar case. Thanks, CSR Link to comment
reluctantsnowman
Why did you transfer your employer? Is it for more salary. Whatever your answer is, tell the truth to the VO Link to comment
Opt-H1
@reluctantsnowman Yes, but what is possible answer if VO asks: how come you are working for a longer duration with your client ..? Will this create any problem for the Employee-Employer relationship (hiring and firing senario ;; as this may suggest client is controlling Hiring and firing) Link to comment
