muni123 Posted June 11, 2012 Report Share Posted June 11, 2012 I worked in US on H1 till 2009 and then returned to India. I came on F1 again from India in 2010. Now I completed my education here and I am not eligible to file for OPT since I already completed it for same educational level. Now My employer filed my H1 extension(?) based on the old H1. So If I get the receipt number am I eligible to work?? TIA Link to comment
