polka.nj
I have a couple of questions regarding the H1B categores that one can apply in, while holding an Advanced Degree. 1. Can an Advanced degree holder apply in regular H1B category? 2. Can an Advanced degree holder apply in both Advanced degree and Regular H1B categories at the same time? 3. Suppose the application is filed under Advanced degree quota, and this quota gets filled up, will the application automatically move into the regular category, in case there are visas still available in the regular category? - Thanks. JoeF
When the advanced degree quota is full, cases automatically fall over to the normal category. So, there is absolutely no point to apply in both categories. Don't make things complicated. Link to comment
