H1b transfer with no pay stubs but employer paying salary by direct deposit

Hi All,

I would need a help on this issue where my employer is not providing me pay stubs from past 4 months and i have started working for him since 6 months only so i have the first 2 months pay stubs, even after repeated request he is not giving me, right now i have new job offer from a different company and they are ready to file my h1b, in this case can i transfer my h1b with showing my bank statements as proof and also i have my time sheets till date and i have the purchase order between my employer and vendor.

Please let me know about the possibilities as i am very worried and not happy working for such a unprofessional employer.
