Query on Change of status

I have a query regarding the change of status.

I am working for a company on L1 visa. If my project gets over in few months and I go to H4 (dependent on my wife's H1B). And then in October I change back to H1(H1 approved in 2012).

Will there be an any issue on my H1?

My H1 will hold good?

Please let me know if L1-> H4-> H1 is possible?

=> No this is not possible, because your H1b was filed with the COS from L1 to H1b on Oct 1^st, you need to be on L1 status for successful COS to H1b on Oct 1st. (I am assuming that your H1b was filed after April 1st, 2012 with COS from L1 to H1b)
