Jack.mad Posted June 9, 2012 Report Share Posted June 9, 2012 Hello all, I need some advice on my case. My H1B was filed on 3rd may 2012. Normal Procesing.. Current status shows 'Initial Review'. Currently working in India and applied for H1B. My preSent company plans to send me to Canada for a project for 3 months. Once my H1B case is approved, can I receive my H1B petition at Canada Address and can I take the stamping in Canada ? Link to comment
