infowanted
Hello All, In I-797A form it was instructed to tear bottom right portion which is in Form I-94 and to attach to the original I-94. This should be turned in with the I-94 when departing U.S. We have left USA for good after completion of 6 years of H1-B.My family members have not given this I-94 of I-797A when they were leaving U.S. as they did not tear it from I-797 A form. In future when we apply for new H1-B does this cause problems for them or do we need to submit this separately. Regards, Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
Yes, it may cause problems, as DHS's website is not updated that those person left US. What you can do now is, send airline tickets & I-94 to DHS. Link to comment
