ajayko Posted June 9, 2012 Report Share Posted June 9, 2012 Hi I am on CPT now and filed H1 in May 2012 in regular process, but my F1 visa will be expiring in July. What are the chances to get my H1 approved? If I get H1, can I stay in US till my H1 starts as my F1 visa will be expiring in July. But my I20 is valid till Dec 2014 though. Please help me.
