H1 filed by 2 employers

Hi,

My H1 has been filed by 2 employers.

For one of the employer, I had to sign contract also which stated that "Employee agrees to pay liquidated damages and legal fees in the sum of $XXXX if employee voluntarily terminates employment within the first 06 months". Now I want to know if in case my H1B gets approved from this one and I do not join this emploeyer, then based on the signed contract, will he be able to take any legal action on me for as far as I know, H1B fees is employer's responsibility.

Also, I want to know if filing fresh H1B through multiple vendors can ruin my chances of getting H1 approved through any of the employers by any chance.

H1b fees shouldn't be liquidated damage. Better to contact an attorney to make it sure. It won't ruin your future H1bs.
