Expired visa stamping but valid H1B

Hi,

i am planning to visit india at the end of this month. Last time i went to India i had my H1b stamped till oct 2011 with employer A. I am with employer B now with a valid H1B expiring sep 2013. Should i go to the consulate for an interview to have a valid visa before i comeback to USA.

What are the options I have? Please help me urgently as my attorney hasn't got back to me.

Its simple, If you DO NOT have valid H1B visa stamp in your passport, you're REQUIRED to get new visa stamp, without that you'll not be allowed to board the place from India itself.

Just apply for the Visa at a US Embassy/Consulate like you did before. The process is no different.
