Need suggestion in My H1B visa Transfer. Please Advice

Hi everyone,

Let me explain about my current contract structure so that you will have a better idea.

Client works with Company X which has 6 preferred vendors and all employees are brought into the company only through this preferred vendors.

Client (Company X) -> company A (Prime vendor) -> company B (Layer) -> Company C (my current employer).

Another preferred vendor (k) who also works for same client is willing take me for fulltime.

so my new contract structure will be :

Client(Company X) - New preferred prime vendor (K) ( My new employer).

Problem is Company X who works for client in bringing all employees is asking for a letter from my current employer saying " my current employer has no issues in his visa transfer and he has no concerns ......... something like this ".

My employer (company c) says he is okay to give me the letter but he is worried that Company B will take a legal action against Company C ( my employer) ??

Will it really happens ??

All i want is a termination letter from my current employer (Company C) once my new h1b get approved by my new prime vendor(K).

Please advise which is the best way to get this done ???
