To Attend embassy in canada

Hi Guys,

I have few questions about attending the visa consulate at canada. Firstly, I want to explain my case here. I came to US in Aug 2006 with F1(Student) visa that was valid until Aug 2008. By 2008 aug 24th I have completed my master's and from sept 1st 2008, I'm on OPT until 2010 OCT and from Nov. 2010 I'm on H1B. Now,

1. My first question is Am I eligible to go to canada for visa stamping as my visa was untill 2008 and I was just on my OPT for 2 yrs without any visa?

2. Please post the link where I can take a US Embassy appointment in Vancouver, Canada(I googled and tried alot but didn't find any valid site)

3. Is it mandatory to make a amendment(Change of client after got H1 approval) with USCIS to attend the interview.

Please help guys...Will be Very Thankful
