varunraheja Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 As far as I remember, recently uscis decided not to count the time period spent on h4/l2 visa under the 6 year limit. I guess she should get her fresh 6 years. An attorney can confirm this. Link to comment

L2 period is not counted towards 6 years but even if she gets H1 it won't be for 6 yrs at one shot.Max she would get it for 3 yrs Link to comment
