LCA filed, what if H1B quota closes?

Hi All,

I need some advice. I am currently on OPT and in search for an employer who can file for my H1B, in case I find one and they file for my Labor clearance and by the time it is approved, if the H1B quota (which is currently 10,700) closes, what would happen to my case? Would my LCA be approved? and can they still file for h1b? Please do help me out with your advice

Your application along with your LCA has to reach USCIS before the numbers get filled otherwise you will have to wait for 1 more year.
