durisetti
Hi All, I need some advice. I am currently on OPT and in search for an employer who can file for my H1B, in case I find one and they file for my Labor clearance and by the time it is approved, if the H1B quota (which is currently 10,700) closes, what would happen to my case? Would my LCA be approved? and can they still file for h1b? Please do help me out with your advice Thanks in advance Link to comment
JoeF
For an application to be considered, it has to be filed with USCIS before the quota closes. If you are on OPT, why won't your current employer not file an H1? Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
Nope, Once H1B quota fills then no one can file H1B doesn't matter LCA is in process or approved. Link to comment
