sandeep.muk Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 Hi All, I had an interview on May 24 2011, where in which the VO officer revoked my h1b instantaneously since my client location was different from my employer location. Strange isn't it ? Below is what happened after that 1. On October 20th, the USCIS reaffirmed the petition. But myself/employer did not receive the copy of I-797 2. One June 1st 2012 , below is the update on USCIS website On June 1, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. Its been 5 business days, But still we have not received any I -797. 1.Do you think this petition is re-approved? 2. If so, May I know what steps do I need take care When I contacted the Hyderabad consulate(Embassy) to help on this . Below is what I receive Your petition status on the PIMS database continues to show as ‘Revoked.’ Please wait until the status changes to ‘Reaffirmed.’ Link to comment
