Post Decision Activity?

Hi All,

I had an interview on May 24 2011, where in which the VO officer revoked my h1b instantaneously since my client location was different from my employer location. Strange isn't it ? Below is what happened after that

1. On October 20th, the USCIS reaffirmed the petition. But myself/employer did not receive the copy of I-797

2. One June 1st 2012 , below is the update on USCIS website

On June 1, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Its been 5 business days, But still we have not received any I -797.

1.Do you think this petition is re-approved?

2. If so, May I know what steps do I need take care

When I contacted the Hyderabad consulate(Embassy) to help on this . Below is what I receive

Your petition status on the PIMS database continues to show as ‘Revoked.’

Please wait until the status changes to ‘Reaffirmed.’

How did you check with the consulate? e-mail ? or any online tracking ?

I also have a situation but little different....can you guide me if how to check with the consulate?

Just send an email to VFS .. They inturn will forward the email to consulate. One will get the response from VFS as soon as consulate responds to our query
