visa_2010 Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 My employer has asked me to relocate to a new client in a different city and is willing to file a H1b amendment indicating the change of the location since my H1b was based on my current location, Can I start work at the new client as soon I file for the H1b amendment or do we need to have the H1b amendment approved before I start work at the new client.
